The 3-}axis adopts linear guides and high-speed ball screws, and the rapid feed speed can reach 48m/min, which can provide high rigidity, dynamic accuracy, and high-speed cutting feed performance. De high-speed spindel met over 12,000} revolutions is used to provide an automatic tool-changing system with high-speed and high-precision performance. The structure is simple and stable, and the reliability is high. 

 

Different models :TC-540/TC-640/TC-750/TC-1000 Lineair guide type met high-speed spindel and quick tool change system.

The CNC Tapping Milling Machine can be used with JAPANESE FANUC, Mitsubishi, EURO Siemens, FOGOR, Heidenhain, TAIWAN LNC, SYNTEC cnc controller. The 4-axis indexing head or 4/5 tilting table can realize 4-axis or 5-axis functions. It uses high-strength cast iron. The X, Y, and Z-direction guides are all rectangular sliding guides pasted with plastic. The whole machine adopts imported bearings.
